Annual Review 2025 – Continuity, Development and New Perspectives

For us, 2025 was defined by the successful completion of several projects, the launch of new ones, and a clear focus on professional development across the team. Alongside the steady progress of ongoing work and the delivery of multiple construction projects, we had the opportunity to take on new, demanding commissions and further strengthen our in-house expertise.

Developing specialist knowledge and supporting emerging talent is a core part of how we build a sustainable practice. Over the past year, several colleagues reached important milestones in their professional training. Livia Barmet completed her apprenticeship as a Draftsperson EFZ (Architecture) with distinction, and Stefan Kryenbuehl finished his Junior Construction Manager training as the top graduate of his class. Both achievements reflect not only individual dedication, but also the high standards we uphold in organisation and quality throughout our work.

With Sandro Laffranchi completing the CEREF (Certificate in Real Estate Finance), we further strengthened our capabilities at the intersection of architecture, real estate economics and strategic project development.

In terms of scope, our assignments ranged from the ongoing development of existing buildings to new, exclusive projects with demanding architectural, technical and organisational requirements.

We are sincerely grateful for the long-standing trust of our loyal returning clients, who continue to entrust us with the professional maintenance and ongoing development of their real estate portfolios. We are equally thankful to our new clients, who chose to work with us in 2025 and commissioned us with challenging and exclusive projects. The trust shown by both our long-term and new clients reinforces our commitment to quality, reliability and careful, partnership-based project delivery.
